Second Shift

BOHH Hot Sauce · 5 FL OZ / 147 mL

Second Shift is BOHH’s warm red chef-built hot sauce with bright citrus and a dark savory finish. Built for the heavier end of service, it adds purposeful chile heat, acid, and depth to roasted meats, wings, burgers, grill plates, rice, vegetables, glazes, and finishing applications without taking over the food underneath. Small-batch, 5 FL OZ / 147 mL. Not a condiment. An ingredient. Built in the back.
